Refund policy

30-Day First Pair Guarantee

Buying underwear online is a leap. No fitting room, no feel of the fabric. So the first pair carries the guarantee. If it is not for you, we refund the pair in full. Nothing to send back.

How it works

- 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
- One pair per customer, per household.
- Multipacks and bundles count as one pair covered. The rest are final sale.
- Your first pair can be worn and washed. We are not asking for it back.
- Email info@netherunderwear.com with your order number to request a refund.
- We refund within 3 to 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take another 5 to 7 business days to post it.
- Shipping is not refunded. The pair comes back in full, the postage does not.

After the first pair, all sales are final

We do not accept returns or exchanges on additional pairs, reorders, or the rest of a multipack. Underwear is personal. We are not asking you to ship it back, and worn pairs are never restocked.

No exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on any order. Use the size guide before ordering.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email info@netherunderwear.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost. This is separate from the first pair guarantee and does not count against it.

Not refundable

- Final sale items, gift cards, and giveaways
- Second, third, and fourth pairs in a multipack
- Reorders after your first pair
- Pairs purchased more than 30 days ago
